1. Introduction
Welcome to the Disc Realms Studios ("DRS"), a Minecraft community managed and operated by Lupancham & Appointed Admins. By accessing any part of the DRS platform—including our Minecraft server, website, store, and Discord server—you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
This unified document outlines your rights and responsibilities while using our services, as well as the ways in which we collect, store, and protect your data.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DRS services, you acknowledge and accept all terms laid out herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Violations of these terms may result in disciplinary action, including temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or other restrictions.

- All in-game content, DRS server plugins, assets, designs, custom features, logos, and brand materials are the intellectual property of DRS unless otherwise stated.
- Intellectual property is protected under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license, meaning redistribution, commercial use, or modification is not allowed without express permission.
- Players may not impersonate DRS staff, falsely represent DRS branding, or use any part of DRS’s infrastructure to promote external products or services.
4. Purchase Policy and Refund Conditions
- All purchases made through our online store (ranks, cosmetics, perks) are final and non-refundable, barring technical errors or fraudulent charges.
- If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, the associated account will be permanently banned and any previously held ranks or items will be voided.
- DRS is not liable for lost or compromised accounts. Purchases are tied to usernames and non-transferable.
- Any player banned for violating our policies forfeits any claim to refunds or compensation.
5. Modifications to Server, Website, and Services
DRS reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice. These changes may include:
- Annual world resets for balancing and expansion.
- Plugin overhauls or additions.
- Gameplay rebalancing, perk/rank adjustments.
- Changes to staff structure or rules of conduct.
DRS is not responsible for any losses resulting from these changes.
6. User Accounts and Security
- Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
- Account sharing, selling, or transferring is strictly prohibited.
- DRS is not liable for any unauthorized access due to shared or compromised account data.
- Players found in violation of account security guidelines may face suspension or permanent bans.

- IP addresses (used for moderation, geo-blocking, and ban evasion protection).
- Chat logs (used for rule enforcement and moderation).
- In-game activity logs (actions such as block placement, PvP, and economy transactions).

- Lost progress due to resets, bugs, or bans will not be restored.

10. Rule Enforcement and Ban Appeals
- DRS Staff reserve the right to enforce rules at their discretion.
- Disciplinary actions may range from a warning to permanent bans.
- Players may appeal bans via our Discord server or email. Appeals are reviewed case-by-case.
- Staff decisions are final unless explicitly overturned by senior administrators.
11. Changes to This Agreement
DRS may modify this document at any time. Users will be notified via Discord announcements and/or our website. Continued use of DRS services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
