Starting from May 1st 2025 to May 20th 2025, Disc Realms Studios is hosting a Logo Competition for a new Logo / Banner (Animated or Still)!
Everyone is allowed to make many submissions as possible in the Logo Contest Forum Channel to get a higher chance at winning!
Regular Logo + Banner
1st Place - Diamond Rank
2nd Place - Emerald Rank
3rd Place - $250k in-game cash within season 1 (Around when the first top voter gets announced
Animated Logo + Banner
1st Place - Platinum Rank
2nd Place - Diamond Rank
3rd Place - 500k In-game cash given in sets of 250k every top voter announcement within season 1. (2 months)
Rewards will be given out accordingly to how many individual submissions there are, if there are a low amount of individual submissions the top prize gets taken out in favor of the next, if theres a increasing amount of submissions, there will be better rewards!
Icon (Square) - If still must be a minimum of 512x512 and if sized down to 64x64 must be still recognizable. If animated, it must be smooth. + Can be part of the banner
Banner (10:2 or 10:4 aspect ratio) - Must meet the aspect ratio requirement and if animated must be a smooth animation
Winners will need to provide the original project file as a Krita Document, Photoshop Document, Illustrator Document, GIMP Document, or Inkscape document
Submission: Create a new post in the Discord with your name as the title and publish each submission you have with a description!
By submitting artwork to the Disc Realms Studios Logo & Banner Competition, you agree to the following:
No AI-Generated Content
All submissions must be entirely human-created. Use of AI tools or automated generators (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion) is strictly prohibited.
Originality & Attribution
Your design must be wholly original and not based on, or directly copied from, existing copyrighted works.
You may not incorporate any third-party artwork, logos, or trademarks without express written permission from the rights holder.
Submission Format
Winners will be required to provide the native project files (e.g., .kra, .psd, .ai, .xcf, .svg) upon request.
Files must be in an editable format so that Disc Realms Studios can adapt or resize the artwork as needed.
Intellectual Property Assignment
By entering, you irrevocably transfer and assign all intellectual property rights (including copyrights) in your submission to Disc Realms Studios.
Disc Realms Studios shall have the exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exploit your artwork in any media now known or hereafter developed.
Acceptance of Terms
Entering a submission constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Failure to comply with any term will result in disqualification at the organizers’ sole discretion.
Additional Rules
Disc Realms Studios reserves the right to cancel the contest, change the schedule, or modify prizes at any time.
Any disputes or interpretations of these Terms will be resolved by Disc Realms Studios in its sole discretion.
